My photography class took a trip up to Redding about a week ago to take pictures of the sundial bridge and the nearby gardens. This is the first batch of pictures from that trip.

- Hello, my name is John. I live in Chico, CA but grew up in the foothills along Hwy 50 east of Sacramento, CA. I spent a couple of years living on California's Central Coast in between, but am happy to once again be living near the mountains. I had always loved taking pictures but my real love for photography has only come out in the last couple years. I am currently taking a digital photography course at Butte College and have learned a lot this semester. I'm not sure yet, where I want to go with my photography, so for now I am just trying things out and seeing where things go from there.
